We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Cards and Paypal with verified address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to cardholders address. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders made payable to 69 Cycle. All checks must clear before products can be shipped (up to 10-days) Please do not send cash. Florida residents subject to 6% sales tax.  Note - all special orders or custom fabrication require payment in full and is non-refundable.

At 69 Cycle we are committed to getting your product shipped to you as fast as possible! Most orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. We ship to the Continental US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unverified address. A small handling fee may be included on larger packages. Shipping insurance is optional please specify at the time of order. Shipping is FOB from Clearwater, FL

All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns must have prior authorization. Please contact 69 Cycle for a (RMA) number. RMA number must be clearly marked on outside of package or it will not be accepted. Shipment must be in new/re-saleable condition, original packaging and contain original invoice. Parts that have been installed or altered in any way are not returnable. Returns must be sent pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Any cancellations for orders must be made prior to shipping. Special orders for custom fabricated products cannot be canceled or refunded.

69 Cycle's products are sold with no warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written. There is no warranty of merchantability. Goods distributed by 69 Cycle are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacture's warranty and 69 Cycle shall have no obligation with respect to claims or obligation arising as a result from any such warranties. 69 Cycle is not responsible for failure of any product due to improper installation, misuse or modification. All custom gas tanks are 100% tig welded and pressure tested and certified before leaving our facility. Additional grinding or modification of gas tanks is not recommended. Gas tanks are required to be mounted using rubber isolators. Rigid gas tank mounting will void any warranty. 69 Cycle is not responsible for damage to paint jobs or repairs.  Note - the use of a commercial grade fuel tank sealer (such as POR-15) is highly recommended for all new gas tanks prior to use!

The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability and acceptability of any part sold or manufactured by 69 Cycle for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. Products sold by 69 Cycle are not DOT approved and maybe be illegal or unsafe for use on public streets and highways. There is no warranty of merchantability
